Dr Adriene Chee

Dr Adriene Chee is an aesthetic physician and the Medical Director of Verve Clinic in Petaling Jaya. She holds a Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) in Aesthetic Medicine from the Ministry of Health Malaysia and has practised medicine since 2015.
Dr Adriene has carried out over 20,000 injectable treatments, including over 1,000 TrapTox shoulder treatments since 2015 and over 300 Aptos thread lifts since 2019.
Her approach
“Beauty is not just a look, it’s a feeling.” Dr Adriene believes that how confident and content a person feels matters as much as how they look, and that feeling good about your appearance supports your wellbeing. Her aim is a result that looks natural and suits the person, not a change that others notice first.
Every plan starts with a face assessment, photos and mapping. She recommends only the treatments a patient needs, and she will advise against an overfilled look or an unnecessary treatment.

Teaching and sharing knowledge
Since 2023, Dr Adriene has trained other doctors for Candela on PicoWay laser and Matrix RF microneedling. She has given talks and live demonstrations on both technologies at Candela events and at the Beaumedic Scientific Symposium, and has published nine clinical case spotlights in Candela’s clinical journal.
