Acne scars can be difficult to treat because they involve a loss of collagen beneath the skin. AestheFill is a next-generation collagen biostimulator made from poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that only provide instant volume, AestheFill works by stimulating your skin’s own collagen production, gradually restoring thickness, firmness, and smoothness to scarred skin.

how it works

AestheFill contains biodegradable PDLLA microspheres, which act as a scaffold beneath the skin.

Once injected into depressed scars, these microspheres stimulate fibroblasts to produce new Type I collagen, gradually filling and lifting the scar from within.

Over time, the AestheFill material is absorbed by the body, but the new collagen remains, creating smoother, healthier skin that looks and feels more even.

Because collagen remodeling takes time, results are progressive, with improvements becoming visible over 4–12 weeks and lasting up to 2 years.
